Elevation certificate
An elevation certificate records a building's elevation relative to the base flood elevation, for flood insurance. It is most often asked for in Zone AE, where a lender may require flood insurance.
Referral, honestly. We connect you with a licensed South Carolina land surveyor. We do not perform surveys. Licence and insurance are verified at send time for the actual recipient. No tenant is named on this page, no price is published, and no response time is promised until a recipient confirms one.
What it is not
An elevation certificate is not a flood determination on its own, and it is not a boundary survey. A licensed surveyor can confirm which service a lot needs.
